We understand that times are tough financially for many real estate professionals. With this in mind RealtyAuctionSchool.com offers a convenient ZERO interest payment plan, for those who would not be able to enroll otherwise.
Here’s how the payment plan works:
Silver Members pay an initial payment of $49.25 and then three monthly payments of $49.25 for a total of $197.00.
What’s the difference between Silver Membership and Gold Membership?
Gold Members have full access to the entire course including the auction forms library and auction marketing samples.
Silver Members have limited access to the course because the lessons are spread out over 90 days. Some students prefer the Silver Membership over the Gold because it divides the course into 3 smaller chunks instead of one big one.
With the Silver Membership you’ll have access to 10 modules every 30 days. For the best retention, we suggest that you plan on viewing one module every three days.
Silver Members do not have access to the auction forms library, marketing proofs or the CREA® – Certified Real Estate Auctioneer designation exam, until after their 4th and final payment (90 days after enrollment) has been received.
Here’s how Silver Membership access is granted:
There are three Silver levels and a Gold level. Silver Members start at Silver level 1 and advance to the next level automatically every 30 days. The 4th and final level is the Gold level, which provides full lifetime access to the entire course. The Gold level is granted automatically 90 days after enrolling as a silver member.

Silver level 1: 1st Payment of $49.25 when you enroll grants access to Modules 1 – Module 10
Silver level 2: 2nd Payment of $49.25 after 30 days grants access to Modules 11 – Module 20
Silver level 3: 3rd Payment of $49.25 after 60 days grants access to Module 21- Module 30
Gold level 4: 4th Payment of $49.25 after 90 days grants full lifetime access to the online auction course including the auction forms library, marketing samples and CREA® designation.
Why do we restrict Silver Member access?
Unfortunately, we must ensure that people don’t enroll using the payment plan just to gain access to our auction forms and other premium content before paying the full amount of the enrollment fee.
Can I upgrade to full access later?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership to full access at anytime. Just send us an email with your request to support@realtyauctionschool.com with “Upgrade” in the subject.
How much does it cost to upgrade?
The cost to upgrade is the total amount of your remaining payments due at the time of upgrade. For example, if you decide to upgrade after you have made three payments, the cost to upgrade would only be $49.25.
Is there an extra fee to upgrade?
No, however upgrading must be done manually by our staff during normal business hours and it could take up to 1 business day after we receive your request to upgrade.
